 Finally with Daughters’ help think I have it figured out  Firstly for those that didn’t hear this last year, this is mostly a way for me to be able to remember what happened on the trip I don’t have time to reply to comments sorry  As most of you know my phone is kaput for internet and cellular service. Only when I’m at a hotel and have WiFi can I do anything  Makes it difficult to get info on the road such as what hotels and where are they But contrary to US assumptions rooms are no problem if you can find a hotel.  Haven’t been turned away yet  Fortunately, I have downloaded maps so don’t have to keep asking for directions anymore  No time to go back to before today Left village in France this morning and it was nice but kept going up in elevation and I was almost ready to stop and put another jacket on when I got to the top and so I didn’t and we immediately started going downhill and by the time I got to the bottom, it was 85 (30C) Bottle caps sta...

I’ll let you figure out why there’s a ladder to the shower  No ceiling access but could be an emergency shower exit if you get too wet lol Light house from this morning   Not much about today.  Started off cool and marine overcast but once I turned inland and went over the first set of hills, blue sky and warmed up 10° from 22 to 32 and then over the course of the next few hours went up to 37 that’s Centigrade of course . As I predicted to myself, the road got a lot less busy only two trucks passed me all day and a lot of cars of course but they were doing 70 and I was doing 55 but I was enjoying the ride even though after two days of basically desert, not a whole lot to see and unfortunately, I have to stay on the freeway because there’s no other road that’s paved.  Did see a semi truck that went off the road, fell over on its side and spilled all it’s goods all over and a dozen scavengers were picking over the load as I went by A lot of road, going off into th...
